Product demonstrations of centre grinding machines

The roundness in the centre is the decisive process variable for the shape and position tolerances relevant on the workpiece. A centre grinding machine improves the quality and process capability of cylindrical grinding. Hence the two ground centres form the optimum basis for all further process steps, or when the concentricity after cylindrical grinding must be around 1 µm or smaller.  The economic efficiency and process reliability result in positive and calculable effects.
